01 — THE PROMISE

Peace of mind,
from tax to trash day.

A second home should give you something to look forward to. We help keep the paperwork from getting in the way.

A tax notice you don’t understand. A letter from the syndic. A question for the town hall about rubbish collection. You have a reliable point of contact in France to help you understand what needs doing and what comes next.

From advice before you buy to everyday administration once you own, our bilingual experts bring clear answers and personal attention. Less time worrying about what you might have missed. More time enjoying what brought you here.

More moments
that feel like this.

A long lunch. An open window. The familiar turn in a village lane. The best part of having a home in France is finding the time to simply be there.

A few questions, answered

Let’s make
things clearer.

Still have something on your mind?
We’re here to help you find your way.

Ask us a question
Can you help me if I live outside France?

Yes. FTO × HCB is designed for people who live outside France and are buying or already own a French property. Tell us where you are in your journey so we can point you towards the relevant support.

What is the difference between Buyer’s Access and Membership?

The right offer depends on where you are in your property journey. Buyer’s Access provides tax and legal advice for a French property purchase at €850 including VAT, with qualified partners involved where needed. Membership supports non-residents who already own a second home in France with tax questions, correspondence and ongoing administration. Each offer addresses the needs of that stage; the team helps you choose based on your current project.

I want to move to France permanently. Where should I start?

A permanent move involves a different set of questions, including residence, healthcare and life in France. We direct relocation enquiries to French Connections HCB so you can discuss the right support for your plans.

Will the online assessment tell me if I am legally eligible?

The assessment is a simple guide to the most relevant service, based on your answers. It does not determine your tax residence, immigration rights or final membership eligibility. Your situation is reviewed with the team before any recommendation is confirmed.
